Vung Tau
Vung Tau, located 3 kilometers from Ho Chi Minh City, has become a popular destination for many young people. In addition to the sea and mountains, there are many interesting places in Vung Tau that many people are unaware of. Aside from Truoc beach, Sau beach, and Thuy Van beach in the city center, there are other beaches in the suburbs of Vung Tau. If you want to get away from the city noise, you should visit some beaches such as Suoi O beach, Ho Coc beach, Chi Linh beach, and Doi Nhai beach. Locals and tourists alike flock here for a few days at the beach. Back Beach and Front Beach are two popular beaches. Crowds will flock to these beaches to escape the heat and humidity.
Hiking is a great way to get some exercise after relaxing on the beach. Vung Tau has several hiking trails, including Big Mountain, Minh Dam Mountain, and Dinh Mountain (this is outside of the Vung Tau area). Take a short walk up Small Mountain to see the Jesus Chris Statue. When in Vung Tau, don't forget to try some delicious seafood. The seafood is delivered daily to restaurants, so you'll get the fresh catch of the day.
