Ice Plant Bar
The Ice Plant Bar is a farm-to-table restaurant that opened in 1927 in an ancient ice plant facility. Their concept is to restore their customers to a time when having a beverage and a bite to eat was both healthy and fun. This restaurant is inspired by the historical period of the early twentieth century, which is focused on the art and science of precisely measuring excellent local ingredients to create flawless and unique flavor profiles.
When possible, Ice Plant Bar acquires fish from St. Augustine and the surrounding areas, and produce is procured from local farmers to ensure the freshest possible cuisine. The artisan cocktail selection, which features beverages produced with house-pressed juices and freshly crafted syrups, is a source of great pride for the bartenders.
