Everything on the wine menu can be enjoyed by the bottle, ounce, glass, or even as a hand-picked flight at Wine Bar George, Florida's first Master Sommelier-led restaurant. There is a broad variety of sharable meals to pair with your wine, including house-made meatballs and polenta, grilled romaine salad with a creamy dressing, and, of course, cheese and charcuterie boards. If you are still hungry, choose a sharable main course like a whole grilled sea bass that is filleted and deboned at the table.
The Restaurant at Meadowood in Napa Valley and Eleven Madison Park in New York City are among the excellent list of winners, and they are proud and thrilled to be among them.
