I'm a Cyborg, But That's OK (2006)

Yeong Goon works at a factory, constructing radios. Yeong Goon also has a secret... she believes she is a cyborg. She chooses to recharge herself one day while working at the workplace by severing her wrist and implanting electrical cables into her arm. Yeong Goon receives a ticket to New World, a psychiatric hospital full of unusual personalities, as a result of her actions.

Yeong Goon spends her time in New World listening to the radio, conversing with vending machines, and licking the terminals of 9-volt batteries. She soon meets a man named Il Sun (Rain). Il Sun, a former electrician, now works as a 'thief of souls' at a mental institution. He believes he has the ability to steal other people's qualities. Yeong Goon and Il Sun quickly create a deep friendship because their eccentric personalities perfectly complement one other.
