My Lovely Girl (2014)

My Lovely Girl is a South Korean television series that premiered in 2014. It stars Jung Ji-hoon (Rain), Krystal Jung, Kim Myung-soo, and Cha Ye-ryun. The drama, set in the K-pop business, chronicles the story of two troubled people who find therapy through music.

Rain, played by Lee Hyun-wook, is the CEO of a talent agency that recruits and develops idols. Hyun-wook has a terrible life because he cannot let go of his ex-girlfriend, who died in an accident three years ago that he witnessed firsthand. Yoon Se-na (Krystal), his ex-sister, and girlfriends go to Seoul to pursue her music-composing career and meet Hyun-wook, who assists her. As Hyun-wook succeeds his father (Park Yeong-gyu) as president of ANA Entertainment, he encounters new problems. Hyun-wook and Se-na fall in love when they are mending one another via music.
