Institute for Tourism Studies

The Institute for Tourism Studies (IFTM) is a public higher education institution in Macau that offers degree programs and professional training in tourism and hospitality. It was founded in 1995. It is one of the best universities in Macau.

Institute for Tourism Studies provides degree and professional programs in hospitality, tourist business, heritage, events, retail and marketing, leisure and entertainment, sports and recreation, creative and cultural studies, and culinary arts, among other tourism-related subjects.

IFTM prepared 93% of alumni for the workplace, according to alumni. The majority of IFTM graduates are pleased with their education.

Over 78% found work in the tourist and hospitality industry, while over 9% went on to college.

IFTM's objective is to become a premier higher education institution in tourism and service industry studies, providing students with professional knowledge and technical skills in preparation for future leadership roles in the industry.
