The snug private rooms are ideal for allowing one of their expert therapists to pamper, detox, and rejuvenate your body with a selection of one-of-a-kind treatments such as hot tub soaks, therapeutic massage, Russian banya, and a variety of pain relief and skin treatments.

The traditional heat treatment and Izbushka Spa's cornerstone is not only relaxing and rejuvenating, but it is also purifying and a great way to prepare skin for any of their masks or polishes. When you enter their dry sauna, you will immediately feel the heat begin to melt your stress away and soften tense muscles. They create a peaceful, steaming aromatherapy experience by pouring a perfect blend of essential oils and water over the rocks. Oak leaves are shaped into whisks or brooms (venik), which are then used to brush and tap the body, releasing heat to the muscles and opening pores to encourage sweating (detox) and exfoliation. A layer of pure honey is then applied to the skin to destroy germs and leave it clean and baby soft.
