Jack Wolfskin
Ulrich Dausien founded Jack Wolfskin in Frankfurt am Main in 1981. Johnson Outdoors purchased the company in 1991. It was purchased by the private equity firm Bain Capital in 2002, and the US holding corporation Blackstone Group took over in 2011.
All of these ownership transfers have occurred as a result of the brand's consistent expansion, which has attracted an increasing number of investors over the years. In actuality, Jack Wolfskin announced in November 2018 that the Callaway Golf Company would purchase them.
The company now has hundreds of stores in numerous countries across the world. Outdoor apparel and equipment are the primary emphases of Jack Wolfskin's production. Their hiking backpacks are extremely diverse and of good quality.
Furthermore, they provide comfort and good capacity, with aesthetics being a significant consideration. The majority of the goods are composed entirely of polyester.
