Since its inception in 1998 as one of Vientiane's most iconic restaurants, Khop Chai Deu has always been "The Place Where The World Meets," the destination of choice for visitors, foreigners, and locals alike. In central Vientiane, Khop Chai Deu is housed in a colonial building near the Nam Phu Fountain. The restaurant serves authentic Laos and worldwide foods, and set meals of traditional Lao cuisine are popular among expats, travelers, and tourists.


The Discovery Lao package includes a glass of rice whiskey and many mini meals of traditional Lao cuisine, while the Champasak set includes a sweet treat - mango with coconut rice.
