Le Cirque
Le Cirque is an Italian restaurant that serves French-inspired cuisine. The famous restaurant is located on the 10th floor of the Leela Palace and is divided into three areas: the main dining area, which has some seats overlooking the city and others very close to the open kitchen, private dining rooms, and the entrance bar. Chef Matteo Fontana and his team ensure that diners have a culinary experience that exceeds their expectations with a memorable menu that features delicate and refined ingredients.
The restaurant had an open kitchen concept and the decor is very modern in design. The main dining area has very high ceilings with well-lit light and the private rooms are dominated by beautiful wooden furniture delivering cosy atmosphere. Every staff member is attentive and diners end up feeling like a special guest.
The menu includes delicious focaccia bread; an amusing, refreshing Italian gazpacho (chilled tomato soup) with Tuscan liver paté, and Acacia honey glazed female duck breast served with roasted potatoes. Desserts include tiramisu, the napoleon, baked Alaska, and the Le Cirque creme brûlée; passion fruit meringue; petits fours (florentine, fresh fruit tart, green apple chocolate, berry financier, and raspberry truffle). At Le Cirque, there is an extensive list of wines from around the world (about 200 separate choices).
