Spiritpact (Standard Chinese:, Pinyin: Ling Qi) is a Chinese online manhua written by Pingzi and published on Tencent Comics by Tencent. From June 21 to November 1, 2016, a donghua adaptation written by Reiko Torii and directed by Li Haoling was available online in China. The series broadcast on Tokyo MX in Japan from 7 January to 11 March 2017. Crunchyroll broadcasted it outside of Asia.

The two prominent characters of this movie are:

  • You Keika: He is the heir to a well-known exorcist. He is a direct descendant of You Nei and has the sword Rakugetsu. He had been living in poverty since his parents died. To supplement his income, he began working part-time as a fortune teller and computer recovery specialist. He encounters Tanmoku-ki, who is fighting an evil ghost, one night in the junkyard. He perished in an accident shortly after their encounter and became a ghost. Soon after, Tanmoku-ki asks him to make a "pact" with him. Keika, you become Tanmoku-ki's spirit shadow.
  • Tanmoku Ki: He is the 13th Youmeshi and head of the Tanmoki, the most powerful exorcist family and a descendant of Tanmoku Rakugetsu. Being an illegitimate child, he is called in by the main family after his parents died. He formed a "pact" with You Keika. He always protects You Keika from people, going so far as to pass an order that no one is to punish Keika, even if he kills him. He also gives Rakugetsu (the sword) to Keika. His fiancée is Shin Shiyou.
