The most prominent feature at Ocean View beach park is the big band for presentations and dancing. Big bands on the Bay ended the weekend with sunset celebrations over the Chesapeake Bay. Welcome the stars every Sunday night from 7 pm to 9 pm. Visitors are invited to descend into Gazebo at Ocean View Beach Park for live Big Band music and dancing. Tourists will be able to enjoy themed party nights and live performances by local and regional bands. Across from the Elizabeth River and numerous on-site restaurants and bars, the Waterside District is a favorite concert venue in Norfolk. With Hot Country Nights that heat up the stage in the summer and plenty of terraces for year-round concerts. Waterside also has the views, food, drinks, and atmosphere to entertain.
