Lucy
In "Lucy," the protagonist, Lucy (played by Scarlett Johansson), is inadvertently caught up in a dangerous drug trafficking operation in Taipei, Taiwan. She is tricked into delivering a briefcase containing a mysterious synthetic drug known as CPH4 by her deceitful boyfriend. The drug, when ingested, enhances a person's cognitive abilities beyond human comprehension.
During the delivery, Lucy is kidnapped and forcibly operated on by the drug traffickers. A large quantity of the CPH4 drug is implanted in her abdomen, with the intention of transporting it to Europe for distribution. However, a sudden confrontation results in the package rupturing inside her, and Lucy starts experiencing dramatic changes in her body and mind.
As the drug begins to leak into her system, Lucy starts unlocking the untapped potential of her brain.
