Macau International Fireworks Display Contest

Every year, the Macau International Fireworks Display Contest, one of the most famous festivals in Macau, takes place on the Macau Tower Shorefront. Several travelers come to Macau at this time of year to experience an excellent holiday highlighted by breathtaking night sky displays seen from many locations on the Macau Peninsula and Taipa Island.

This specific event is extremely popular throughout Macau. It's a mix of a fireworks display and a competition. Annually, three distinct contests, the Trophy Design Contest, Photo Contest and Student Drawing Contest are held in conjunction with the fireworks display. Tourists, visitors, and locals from all over the world are treated to a spectacular fireworks display. In addition, candidates from other continents will battle for the title of winner.
