Macau Light Festival

The Macau Light Festival was first organized in 2015 and is hosted annually in December at various places throughout the Macau Peninsula and Islands. The event seeks to attract visitors to the city's many districts so they can enjoy Macau at night and learn about the local culture and history through amazing light artistry illuminating the city and its notable landmarks.

Projection mapping, light installations, interactive games, and a number of activities such as a Light Art Exhibition, Mini Concert, Outdoor Movie, and Light Dinner are all part of the festival's fantastic schedule. In the evenings, visitors can have dinner at local restaurants serving delectable Macanese cuisine before taking a stroll through Macau's streets to admire the various light installations and shimmering light artistry adorning iconic buildings and landmarks. Not only will you be able to see magnificent light formations, but you will also be able to experience unique music and heritage locations projected utilizing cutting-edge technology. While watching the spectacular spectacle, you'll feel as if you're in the World of Pandora.
