Margot Natural Wine Bar
Margot is housed in a light-filled location and is situated in the historic Ingraham building in Downtown Miami's recently thriving Flagler Street neighborhood. The crew behind Broken Shaker (Miami, Chicago, L.A., and NYC), 27 Restaurant Miami Beach, The Exchange L.A., Taqueria Hoja, and Space Park has launched a new location called Margot. A diverse selection of natural wines, low-ABV cocktails, and a seasonal rotation of unique small plates prepared by Chef Jimmy Lebron of restaurant 27 are all available at Margot.
You are invited to relax with a lovely glass of natural wine and mixed soundtracks playing through the warm tones of the vintage sound system as a result of the harmonic fusion of design aesthetics and bygone eras.
More than 75 different natural wines, including biodynamic and those acquired from local farmers, are available at Margot. Although the list is frightening, any of the incredibly experienced staff members will be pleased to help you navigate it.
