Maria Kirilenko
Maria Yuryevna Kirilenko is Russia's hottest tennis player. She was born on January 25, 1987, in Moscow, the Russian Soviet Socialist Republic, Soviet Union. She plays tennis with her right hand. She was one of the youngest champions of the Canadian Open and the US Open Junior events in 2002. In 2005, she won her first WTA (Women's Tennis Association) Tour championship in the China Open, defeating Anna-Lena Grönefeld. In June 2013, she reached a career-high rating of World No. 10 for the first time.
Maria Kirilenko was chosen in 2006 to be the face of Adidas tennis gear made by famed British fashion designer Stella McCartney, and she wore it exclusively for three years. She appears in the 2009 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition with Daniela Hantuchová and Tatiana Golovin in a photoshoot dubbed "Volley of the Dolls."
