Marusho
Marusho's full name is Marusho Motor Co., Ltd. is a motorcycle manufacturing company since 1948. Founded by Masashi Ito, headquartered Tokyo, Japan and factory in Hamamatsu. Marusho is known for its horizontal shaft motor products, horizontal shaft drive, and elegant and high-class designs suitable for those who prefer a not-so-sophisticated look but a luxurious feeling when operating.
In 1950, the ML - a model with a 150 cc single disc and Marusho brand was born and was successful when many people liked and bought it. Followed by Model LB, LC, 90cc - 250cc vertical single models such as JF Baby Lilac, and two 350cc opposing twin models. The single 250cc SYZ version has put Marusho on the balance sheet against major car manufacturers in "Asama Road Race 1955". Lilac SYZ won in Lightweight and 90cc took first place in Ultralight.
Marusho's Lilac motorcycle model was recognized by the Japan Society of Automotive Engineers in the list of Japan Automotive Technology Milestones. In addition to motorcycle models, Marusho also designs balanced and sporty bicycles such as Sport Touring. Marusho also exports many motorcycles to the United States and Australia, such as Lilac R92.
Due to the slow design of Marusho, it gradually reduced product production and in 1967 joined Honda - a champion brand with great production ability in the Japanese market in motorcycle manufacturing.
