Rikuo
Rikuo Internal Combustion Company was one of the first motorcycle manufacturing companies in Japan. Founded in 1931, by Harley-Davidson - an American motorcycle manufacturer combined with Hiroshi Iwasaki son of Yataro Iwasaki - the inventor opened his first steel factory in Tokyo.
Each Rikuo product features a fully lubricated design, sturdy rear end and "Tele-Glide" and "Springer" front suspension. All designs have been preserved through each decade of production, embodying the tradition of Rikuo since its founding. Rikuo was classified as one of the 240 Milestones of Japanese Automotive Technology by the Japan Society of Automotive Engineers with the 1935 Rikuo.
Rikuo has famous models such as Rikuo RQ 750 cc, Rikuo VLE 1200 cc, Rikuo QR750, Kurogane - tricycle, Rikuo VL- BluePaint, Rikuo Land King. The current Rikuo was discontinued in 1960 and is still offered through the websites of many well-known Japanese manufacturers such as Honda and Kawasaki.
