Met Kodra
Met Kodra is one of Tirana's great culinary classics. This modest establishment, which comprises solely of a small smoky grill, specializes in one thing and one thing only: qofta (rissoles), which have been made following the same recipe by the same woman and her family since 1957.
Take a hunk of bread, a handful of olives, and some goat's cheese from the market across the street and you've got yourself a delicious take-away lunch.
