Uka Farm

Former Minister of Agriculture Rexhep Uka founded Uka Farm in 1996 on a small area of land, where he began organic agricultural production. Flori, a certified vintner and accomplished amateur cook, is now the restaurant's driving force. Fresh, flavorful veggies, as well as locally sourced cheese, meat, and high-quality handmade wine, are available to guests.

Currently, their 2 hectare farm includes gardening, a winery where Uka wine is produced and cooking corner. It's on the way to the airport, and a taxi will set you back about 2000 lek. We tasted true flavours and taste of the vegetables they served. They produce their own wine which is based on local grapes of Albania and a full expression of their territory.
