Mian is a quiet location where people gather to unwind while enjoying some of the greatest noodles, dumplings, and other dishes, as well as green, yellow, and Sichuan chilli sauce and some lovely homemade crispy garlic chilli. Everything on the menu, from their handcrafted noodles to their soup bases, is produced with distinctive ingredients and recipes, and this extra effort does not go unnoticed. Enjoy their traditional beverages, which range from Hong Kong-style milk tea to freshly squeezed juices, in a softly lit romantic ambiance.

Cart noodles have been a favorite of Hong Kong and Macau residents for decades, and they are effectively the region's cultural symbol. This unique Hong Kong dish was first offered by food vendors who toured the streets with a wooden cart in the 1950s. Now though street sellers are no longer available, cart noodles are still available. This historic dish has been re-imagined by Mian's culinary team with new flavors.

Diners can begin their "choose-your-own-noodle" voyage at Mian by selecting from a menu of 6 varieties of noodles, 5 broths, and more than 20 toppings, including Curry Fish Balls with Pork Skin, Braised Soy Pork Intestine, and Braised Beef Brisket with Tendon. Choose from a variety of trademark noodles, like Eighteen Treasures Cart Noodles and Famous Curry Cart Noodles, and Braised Five Spices Beef Offal with Rice Noodle in Clear Soup.
