Executive chef Chan Tak Kwong prepares the best Cantonese delicacies in the region; choose from his vast a la carte menu or the ultimate Wing Lei experience, Chef Chan's Signature Menu. Chef Chan is well-versed in the cuisines of China's various regions. He and his crew go to great lengths to ensure that each dish adheres to Cantonese cuisine's traditions, using high-quality ingredients and presenting them beautifully.

Dim sum, barbeque, soup, abalone, and main dishes, as well as special menus using quality in-season products, are among the traditional Cantonese specialties with a twist.
