Midinu Chocolates
Chef Selassie Atadika is the mastermind behind Midunu Chocolate. Selassie Atadika, a Ghanaian chocolatier, manufactures artisanal handcrafted chocolate truffles using Ghanaian cocoa.
Spices, fruits, coffee, and tea are used to infuse the confections with African flavors. Moringa, ginger, star fruit, ginger, and a variety of other ingredients can be found among the truffles. Midunu items are of excellent quality, and local Ghanaians, returnees, expatriates, and tourists all like them.
A lot of thought goes into the design and nomenclature of each truffle variety, in addition to the unique flavors. The dishes are named after local women whose flavors influenced them. Thando, for example, is made with South African Rooibos, whereas Almzaz is made with Ethiopian berbere spice.
