Misfits

Misfits is a British science-fiction comedy-drama television show that airs on E4 about a group of young offenders sentenced to work in a community service program where they acquire supernatural powers after a strange electrical storm. The fifth season of the show began on November 12, 2009, and ended on December 11, 2013.

Misfits is yet another unusual TV show that has made its way to the United States. To the delight of many fans, Misfits was broadcast on Logo in its original form rather than a remake. The plot revolves around a group of young convicts who gain supernatural abilities while serving their sentences. Misfits distinguishes itself from other popular American superhero shows of the time (Heroes, Arrow, Smallville) by incorporating humor by making the superpowers comical.
