The most desirable restaurant in Istria is still mostly unknown to the international gastronomic scene. "When the best ingredients from the Rovinj marketplace are prepared in a manner that preserves their original taste and aroma, then added with some personal style, imagination, and strive for change, the results are the creations on this menu which I proudly present," says chef-owner Danijel Dado eki on the menu cover page.
