Morjas

Morjas, like Velasca, has a direct-to-consumer approach, which means it cuts out the middlemen to sell high-end, handmade footwear for less. The brand is rightfully proud of its manufacturing technique. It is also one of the best men's dress shoes brands. Each atelier with which it collaborates is headquartered in Europe and is subjected to rigorous testing before being accepted. Morjas produces the majority of its shoes in its family-owned business in the Spanish village of Almansa, which has been handcrafting shoes using the Goodyear-welted method since the 1920s.

Morjas was born on the Mediterranean-Scandinavian border, with one foot in each. Looking back inspires it to develop and go forward. What it accomplishes represents who it is - we strive for quality, precision, and taste. The quality is excellent, as one would anticipate. From the first cut to the final polish, each pair takes eight weeks to create and requires over 128 processes spread across 61 dedicated workstations. The end result is a finely constructed dress shoe that was well worth the wait.
