Mount Lalla Khedidja
Lalla Khedidja is the next name on the list of the highest mountains in Algeria that Toplist would like to introduce to you. Lalla Khedidja has a prominence of 5,640 feet and is located at an elevation of 7,572 feet (2,308 m). This peak is found in the eastern part of the Djurjura Range, in the Akouker subrange. Mount Lalla Khedidja is also the highest point in the Tell Atlas, which is part of the greater Atlas Mountain System.
During the winter, Lalla Khedidja is always covered in snow. There are several notable landmarks, including Tizi-n-Kouilal, Tizi Tirkabine, and Tizi Bougueni mountain passes. A historical shrine, Sidi Mohamed El Arba, is also located on the mountain's slopes. Illitene, the closest town to the mountain, is only two miles away. There is not a lot of information about tourism and mountain climbing.
