Nike

Nike is an American multinational corporation that designs, develops, manufactures, and markets footwear, clothes, equipment, accessories, and services around the world. Nike is the world's largest provider of athletic shoes and apparel, as well as a significant manufacturer of sports equipment, with revenue exceeding US$37.4 billion in the fiscal year 2020. Nike is headquartered near Beaverton, Oregon, in the Portland metropolitan region (ending May 31, 2020).

Phil Knight and Bill Bowerman founded Nike in 1964 (as Blue Ribbon Sports and rebranded in 1971) as the world's leading provider of sportswear and a major manufacturer of sports equipment. The American brand sponsors a number of clubs and national teams throughout the world, as well as being the official match ball provider for several of the world's top soccer leagues, including the English Premier League (since the 2000-01 season) and the Italian Serie A.
