Wilson
Wilson Sporting Goods Company, founded in 1913, is a sports equipment manufacturer best known for making game balls (and associated equipment) for a variety of sports, including American football, golf, tennis, basketball, volleyball, and soccer.
They started selling official football balls to the NFL in 1941, and a Chicago-based company signed a deal to supply official tennis balls for the US Open in 1979. Both contracts are still in force today. Aztec, DeMarini, EvoShield, Louisville Slugger, and Luxilon are some of the company's brands that supply sporting equipment and protective clothing for baseball, lacrosse, softball, and tennis.
Wilson has been the official ball manufacturer of NCAA Soccer (Division I, II, III Men's and Women's Championships) since 2008. The Wilson NCAA Forte Hybrid II is the current official NCAA ball, and the partnership has been extended until 2021.
