Oran
Oran is Algeria's second-largest city, located 350 kilometers from the capital in the country's northwestern corner. A length of beaches runs along the Mediterranean Sea's coast.
Local governments keep a tight eye on the cleanliness of sandy beaches. Because the beach is covered with rock mass, the sunset is shallow and smooth, and there are hardly any waves here. All of this draws families with children on vacation. The beach is extremely popular with the Orans, who flock here on weekends.
The beach has everything you need: chair loungers, umbrellas, and rental equipment for sea fun. Oran has calm and pristine water for diving, snorkeling, catamaran, and scooter riders.
The citadel and Fort Santa Cruz, located on the summit of the hill, are worth seeing because they form a unified architectural ensemble. It provides a breathtaking view of the entire bay. It is also worthwhile to stroll through the old town and visit the historical museum.
