Ziama Mansouriah
The town of Ziama Mansouriah holds some of Algeria's history, with the Roman control of some of their land during the ancient times, when the town was known as Cova and was part of the Roman province of Mauretania Sitifensis. The town has two large beaches, about twelve kilometers apart: Le Rouge Plage ('The Red Beach') and Afaghir beach.
The Plage Rouge ("Red Beach") spreads out its artificial sand. It's a massive 80-meter by the 40-meter swimming pool surrounded by palm trees and a slew of white and red seats for sunbathing. Customers can dine at sophisticated restaurants and pubs after they have bathed.
Afaghir Beach is located in the northeastern Algerian town of Ziama Mansouriah. This distinctive tiny beach, which is both sandy and rocky, is surrounded by beautiful hills and trees and offers stunning sunrise views. Remember that because it is an isolated beach, there are no restaurants or places to stay nearby. However, for the same reason, Afaghir Beach is normally isolated, making it ideal for relaxing and disconnecting from a hectic lifestyle.
