It offers services including Adult Dental Care to improve and maintain the oral health of adults and seniors, children's dental examination, care and education, sliding scale rate program.
Optimus Healthcare offers a differential payment program for patients who do not have insurance or do not have enough income to pay off their outstanding debts. The amount of the sliding fee rebate depends on family size, income and is determined in accordance with established federal poverty level income guidelines. Patient is required to cooperate in completing the escrow application and providing proof of income (two recent pay stubs, copy of eligibility check, W2, etc.).
