Paul and Mike is a farm to bar chocolate brand that makes fine flavour chocolates with Indian cocoa and natural ingredients. The brand is named after two Latin American cocoa farmers who inspired the founders to create high-quality chocolates that showcase the diversity and richness of cocoa. Paul and Mike sources its cocoa beans from Kerala, where it also ferments and roasts them to bring out the best aromas and tastes.
Paul and Mike’s chocolates are free of artificial flavours, colours, preservatives and lecithin. Paul and Mike’s products include dark, milk and white chocolate bars with various flavours, such as sitaphal, banana, coconut, coffee, jamun and more. This is the first Indian brand to win a silver medal at the International Chocolate Awards in 2020 for its 72% dark chocolate with Kerala cacao nibs.
