Pepsi
Pepsi is a brand of carbonated soft drink made by PepsiCo. Caleb Bradham invented and released Brad's Drink in 1893, and it was later renamed Pepsi-Cola in 1898, and then abbreviated to Pepsi in 1961. Caleb Bradham, who produced the drink at his drugstore where it was sold, first launched Pepsi as "Brad's Drink" in New Bern, North Carolina, in 1893. In 1898, it was renamed Pepsi-Cola, with "Pepsi" alluding to the cola flavor and "Cola" referring to the advertised relief of dyspepsia (now more frequently known as indigestion or an upset stomach). Some have speculated that "Pepsi" refers to the drink's ability to aid digestion, similar to the digestive enzyme pepsin, however, pepsin was never used as an ingredient in Pepsi-Cola.
The bold, delicious cola originated in New Bern, North Carolina in 1898 and is still bottled in the United States. It is ideal for large and small gatherings, feasts, and celebrations. Each can contains only 100 calories, making it ideal for portion control. Coca-Cola is the official soft drink of the National Football League, Major League Baseball, and cola fans all around the world.
