Princess Margaret Beach

While they're on the subject of Bequia, another beach just down the road from Lower Bay is worth mentioning. Because Princess Margaret Shore is only a 20-minute walk along the beach, it's a good idea to visit both of these magnificent beaches at the same time. These two beaches are quite similar, with the exception that Princess Margarets is also suitable for snorkeling. The water is incredibly clear, making it easy to view beneath the surface, and there is a diverse assortment of fish to be seen. Many people actually prefer this beach than Lower Bay.

It's also worth noting that people flock to these beaches not just for the beach, but also for the bars and restaurants that line the shoreline. You'll be able to acquire some excellent seafood here, as well as some tasty cocktails if that's your thing. So, if you're going to one of these two fantastic beaches, make sure you visit both of them.
