Raazi

Raazi is a 2018 Indian Hindi-language spy thriller film directed by Meghna Gulzar and produced by Junglee Pictures and Dharma Productions. The film is based on Harinder Sikka's novel Calling Sehmat, and tells the story of an Indian spy who is sent to Pakistan to gather information before the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971.

The film stars Alia Bhatt as Sehmat Khan, a young woman from Kashmir who is recruited by the Indian intelligence agency RAW to be a spy. Sehmat is trained by her mentor, Khalid Mir (Rajit Kapoor), and is sent to Pakistan to pose as a bride named Sajida Khan, and to gather information about the Pakistani army's plans for the upcoming war.

While in Pakistan, Sehmat develops a relationship with her husband, Iqbal Syed (Vicky Kaushal), a Pakistani army officer. She must balance her loyalty to India with her love for Iqbal, and she must also be careful not to arouse the suspicions of her Pakistani superiors.

Raazi is a suspenseful and gripping film that will keep you on the edge of your seat. Alia Bhatt gives a tour-de-force performance as Sehmat Khan, and the film is also well-supported by Rajit Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal. Raazi is a must-see for fans of spy thrillers.
