RadarScope
The $10 RadarScope app, one of the top premium weather applications in the Play Store, is geared at more serious weather fans and meteorologists. It provides you with NEXRAD Level 3 and Super-Resolution radar data, as well as tornadoes, severe thunderstorms, flash floods, and special maritime alerts. This is the app for you if you're seriously interested in tracking weather trends.
You may receive real-time, nongridded lightning data, expanded radar loops, and inspection tools to better study radar pictures if you subscribe to a Pro Tier 1 membership ($10 per year). A Pro Tier 2 subscription ($15 per month or $100 per year) will also provide you with archival radar data from the last 30 days, tools to assist you to estimate where a tornado could occur, hail size and probability statistics, and local storm bulletins from the National Weather Service.
In respect of privacy, RadarScope adheres to the policy established by parent firm DTN. The firm claims it does not sell information to third parties, which seems reasonable given that it is a paid app. It uses Google Analytics, Eloqua web monitoring, and AdRoll for advertising, but you may opt out of all of them.
