Recalled

Receiving a resounding success, the mystery thriller Recalled is about a woman named Soo Jin (Seo Ye Ji), who wakes up in a hospital and suffers from amnesia after an accident. Thanks to the thoughtfulness of her husband Ji Hoon (Kim Kang Woo), she tries to start her life over.

Her husband protects her at all costs, trying to carefully restore her memories and help her reintegrate into society. However, things are not as they seem. Things began to appear strange after the wife was discharged from the hospital. Once, Soo-Jin met a child in an elevator and saw that the child was about to have an accident. At first, she thought she was hallucinating and followed the child to make sure it was safe, and it happened.

Although she told everyone about it, no one believed her. On the following days, Soo-Jin runs into her former colleague again. Colleagues asked about her husband and wife stories but contradicted the stories that Ji Hoon told. It seems that the husband is hiding some secrets behind his concern. With her unable to recall the past and the strange happenings in her present life, Soo-Jin sets out to unravel mysterious truths about her life before her accident.

Recalled is a psychological thriller that appeals to me, playing to its strengths thanks to its rather complicated plot. It contains many layers of mysteries that will be "unmasked" at the appropriate times. The acting ability, cinematography, and background music make the film much more attractive.
