Resilient & Ability to Easily Change
For two reasons, this is a really excellent response. First of all, it is desirable to have resilience and persistence, especially given the stereotypes of millennials and generation z as entitled and "soft" people. If a situation is difficult, being resilient means you won't give up or give in.

My resilience and ease of change adaptation are my most distinctive qualities. I am a very tenacious and resilient worker who is not easily discouraged or demotivated. I discover that I am more inspired to persevere and excel in circumstances that are difficult and would demotivate many individuals. The more challenging a scenario is, the more enthusiastic I am.
When change is necessary, I don't fight it; instead, I pivot, adapt, and identify the skills I already possess that are appropriate for the new change. After that, I work quickly to develop new skills that are appropriate for the evolving workplace.
