Showing a History of High Achievement

This is a wonderful answer because all firms want to hire people who are high performers. It is vital to make this your own answer by giving a real and relevant example from a previous role. Provide an example of a skill that is listed in the job description if possible.

Provide a succinct, three- or four-sentence example from a former position in which you performed above expectations. As an alternative, you may give a pertinent instance of a non-work achievement in which the ability used was applicable to the workplace.

Example:

I stand out from the competition for this job because I have a history of consistently achieving high standards. I have consistently shown in all of my past responsibilities that I am capable of going above and above the minimal performance standards.

At my previous employer, when I was an intern, my boss gave me the assignment of looking for a new supplier for our project management software. As this was my first significant research endeavor as a professional, I was aware that I still had a lot to learn. I spoke with my mentor frequently during the process and solicited her suggestions on where to locate trustworthy vendors. She advised me to get in touch with them personally and pose inquiries that are pertinent to the business.

I chose a platform after speaking with ten salespeople who fit my company's needs, budget, and long-term objectives. My supervisor approved of my study after I presented it to her, and we both agreed to work with the vendor. Two months into adopting the new platform, the team noticed a 20% rise in productivity.
