Restaurant Noura
Restaurant Noura, located in the heart of Brazzaville, is the ideal spot for an early morning breakfast or a quick afternoon snack. This restaurant serves basic snacks like hamburgers, French fries, and salads, or you may fulfill your sweet desire by ordering a pain au chocolat, croissant, or even a wonderful refreshing glass of ice cream with a sprinkle of chocolate chips from the menu.
Because of their early success and tribulations, they were able to expand in 1980 and present the Lebanese gastronomic experience to the rest of the globe in Paris. Nader and Jocelyne's pride and delight are Hobart Place in Belgravia, Curzon Street in Mayfair, and the neighborhood delicatessen in Knightsbridge.
"Treat each day at work as if it were your first," Nader tells his crew of busboys, waiters, managers, caterers, and kitchen staff. To convey his argument about attention to detail and customer service, he utilizes the metaphor of "yeast in bread-making." "Just as a few grams of yeast are responsible for the texture and fullness of a loaf of bread, attention to the smallest elements of the customer's experience is what transforms a good dinner into a lovely shared memory."
