We rely on virtual meetings more than ever before. They can, however, be unpleasant, monotonous, and frustrating. If your virtual meetings aren't working for you, rituals can assist your group break through to greater results by giving structures that unlock freedom. With rituals, virtual meetings may be elevated and fostered moments, opportunities for individuals to connect and trust while working toward a common purpose.

Authors Kursat Ozenc and Glenn Fajardo demonstrate leaders, managers, and meeting organizers how to develop rapport and rhythm among team members when everyone is not in the same physical area in Rituals for Virtual Meetings: Creative Ways to Engage People and Strengthen Relationships.
