Rosa Sky is Miami's newest rooftop bar, located far above the city. Rosa Sky is the perfect blend of scene and serenity, with panoramic views of the dazzling Miami cityscape, colorful hand-crafted cocktails, culturally influenced tapas, and a bold music lineup.

At Rosa Sky, atop the AC Marriott, the skyline panorama is unrivaled, and the cocktails are equally so. The Tulum Trip, made with Illegal Mezcal, Casa Noble Reposado, Grand Marnier, jalapeño, and citrus, is a tequila concoction for two. Rosa Sky, the lounge's signature cocktail, is served by the glass or in a communal-style vat for four. If you want to take a photo, order Grey Goose Strawberry Lemongrass, which is a mix of lemon, and sparkling rosé and poured over a rose-shaped ice cube. Then order "Cuban Cigars," Cuban sandwiches wrapped in wontons and deep-fried, then served in a Cohiba ashtray to chill off.
