Roscosmos

The State Space Corporation is commonly known simply as Roscosmos, được thành lập vào năm 1992 by a decree of President Yeltsin. Yuri Koptev, who had previously worked with designing Mars landers at NPO Lavochkin, became the agency's first director. Roscosmos is a state cosmic corporation owned by the Russian Federation responsible for space flights, cosmonautics programs, and aerospace research. Roscosmos also famously was the first space agency to send a man into extraterrestrial orbit.

Roscosmos is focused on space exploration, and they just started construction on the new headquarters in Moscow, Russia. Now, The National Space Center of their space programs includes ISS involvement (an international space station, is built on cooperation between many countries), science programs, rocket development, spacecraft, and space systems. Thanks to its hands in many aspects of space technology and long history, Roscosmos has deservedly ranked 6th on the list of the top 10 space companies in the world in 2020.
