Sakura Kinomoto

The title character and protagonist of CLAMP's anime series Cardcaptor Sakura is Sakura Kinomoto. In the beginning, it is revealed that Sakura is a 10-year-old girl from the Japanese village of Tomoeda, where she attends Tomoeda Elementary School.

Sakura Kinomoto is an extremely vivacious and happy person. She frequently comes out as gullible, awkward, dense, and uninformed. She does, however, occasionally have moments of insight, and her ability to smile is one of her better traits. Sakura is renowned for having no idea about topics that concern her personally but being attentive to others. Sakura has an extremely powerful anger despite her charming disposition, sweetness, and beauty.

Through her dreams, Sakura Kinomoto is able to view future activities such as the Final Judgement and encountering diverse characters. Sakura gained the ability to detect the existence of the Clow Cards, as well as ghosts and strong magic users like Eriol. Like her brother Touya, Sakura gains the ability to see ghosts and spirits. The Clow Cards, Sakura's primary weapon, originally had its own magic but had to be changed in order to draw power from her as "Sakura Cards."
