Sangria Grille

Sangria Grille is now a destination for people from all over the world to eat and drink. Chefs George and Carly are passionate about giving back to their community. They travel frequently to study and to improve their culinary education, but they always look forward to returning to Moscow, their favorite city on the planet! Over 25 local farmers, ranchers, and craftspeople provide the ingredients for Sangria. The menu is Peruvian-inspired, with an emphasis on seasonality and sustainability. Sangria's garden herbs, local fruits, and South American alcohol are used to create the drinks, which are Latin-inspired. The wine list includes some of the top wines from the Pacific Northwest, as well as imports from Chile and Argentina.

The delectable local bone-in pork chop, oven-roasted and seared with garlic and red wine and served with sweet corn masa crumble, serrano peppers, cilantro, and black beans, is one of the meals served at Sangria Grille, which mixes the flavorful cuisine of Peru with Northwest ingredients.
