Seaside Finolhu

If you are at the Seaside Finolhu, try enjoying the water by using the wind's power or your own. Kayaking, stand-up paddling, windsurfing, or catamaran sailing - whether wild or relaxed, wet or dry. It's recommended for the tourists to visit Water Sports Center in Palm Beach located directly across from the Milk Bar and is open every day from 9 a.m. to 18 p.m. By the way, all non-motorized water sports equipment is free of charge.

The Finolhu resort is located across four islets in the Baa Atoll Unesco Biosphere, with 1.25 miles (2km) of pristine beach and an amazing 1.1-mile (1.8km) sandbank - the longest of any Maldivian island resort. While the resort is comfortably classified as "ultra-luxe," it is also eccentric, with VW campers parked on the beach and antiquated phones for ordering Champagne. In terms of water, the local osmosis facility converts seawater into drinkable water, so there's no need for a plastic bottle.
