Shams Pir island
Shams Pir island is an island village located close to Karachi, alongside the western fringe of Karachi Harbour and subsequently to Kakapir and Sandspit Beach. The call of the Island was saved after Hazrat Sham Pir whose shrine is placed over it. The island was given a populace and encompassed approximately 5000 citizens residing there. There is a thick layer of Mangrove forests across the village. Shams Pir island is one of the most beautiful islands which will not disappoint visitors with its unique beauty.
Shams Pir is an ancient village which, like Bhit Shah Island and Baba Island, predates the formal established order of Karachi. Residents from Baba and Bhit islands helped settle Shams Pir. A boat is employed by means of vacationers from Karachi Harbor to go to the island for exploring reasons or for fishing reasons, to cherish the splendor of this Island and its surroundings.
