She had her jewelry and skincare lines

Melania Trump once had plans to launch her jewelry line and skincare company, but both ventures failed in radically different ways. Currently, she is probably best recognized as the 45th first lady of the United States.

She started a jewelry line on QVC, which reportedly sold out its first run in 45 minutes and featured items priced between $30 and $200. The set included necklaces, watches, and bracelets with gem embellishments. The collection was dubbed "Louis XIV via Atlantic City" by The New York Times. She explained that the jewelry designs were inspired by each of her three homes—located in Palm Beach, New York City, and Paris—in an interview with Fox Business at the time. I have a lot of ideas, so I'm not finished, she claimed. And I adore it when an idea materializes.

When Melania's line of jewelry products from QVC was referenced on an official White House website in January 2017, there were a lot of backlashes. The Washington Post reported that the White House promoting her "branded retail goods is unusual," therefore the website was obliged to remove the QVC reference.

Her skincare line was more intriguing than her jewelry collection, though. The caviar was the focal point of the "Melania Skincare by Melania Trump" collection. Products in the collection ranged in price from $50 to $150. However, few people were able to purchase the goods. This is because Melania Trump's skincare line was adversely affected when the holding company's owners' personal and financial lives were upended. Both her skincare and jewelry lines are no longer manufactured.
